Best Villain Ever

Who do you see as the greatest villain ever? The medium doesn't matter, so the villain can be from an anime, cartoon, television series, whatever.

Personally, I believe Nagato/Pain is the best villain, mainly because of his ideology, his fortitude, and his being essentially invincible unless you know the secret to his power (and even then he's still basically unbeatable.) He can resurrect the dead, absorb any technique, control and see out of 6 bodies, among his many techniques and powers.
Yeah, he's pretty freaking epic. :D

Best is hard to say, but I've always felt Gary Oldman's portrayal of the corrupt drug enforcement agent from "Leon" was outstanding.
