That depends on which Ronald. Our Ronald ties with Barney both in lameness and queerness, but the japanese Ronald has three advantages over Barney:

1) He's got a less annoying voice
2) He's got the Powers of the Food lol (I'm not kidding, he does) and,
3) His moves kick butt in M.U.G.E.N. (Some online game kinda like Street Fighter except with everyone in pop culture history worldwide), whereas Barney's moves suck more than he does.
