Once before I went to Happiness Island and got into the statue by helicopter theres a door closed but you can walk through it and climb up the ladder theres a heart attached to chains in the statue they say if you fire a rpg at it the game freezes. Credit to Myself ive done it on my bros xbox i just wanted to see what was on the statue kept hugging the wall and slipped through.

I called it the Heart of Liberty my theroy is though that a heart was found underground the city but it was unstable so they put it in the statue with the chains and if its destroyed all life in Liberty will die
