"" A State Labor MP stands charged with child pornography offences after being arrested by police tonight.
The MP, who cannot be named because of automatic suppressions on such offences, was taken into police custody tonight after several laptops were seized from a suburban home as the result of a top-secret police probe.
The MP is charged with one aggravated count of possessing child pornography, a second count of possession of child pornography and two counts of taking steps to obtain child pornography, and has been released on police bail.
They will appear in court on May 20 and police say their investigation is continuing. They say the arrest is the result of ongoing Sexual Crime Investigation Branch operation Decimate, which targets child exploitation on the internet.""

Now, from the un-communist side.
I don't get it. A Minister of Parliament in Australia's top state found with child pornography. A man that has studies and studied to get a job that should be for "smart people" yet, we have him siting back gathering up his CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.
From what I remember, this isn't the first time it has happened to a MP in Australia.
I hope he gets badly charged for this and is suspended from parliament. It should be teaching all other child pornographers out there that they can be caught.
Get a grip.
Post your opinion.
@Ici: Just because they have a lifstyle different than yours, doesn't mean they don't have one. I hate that phrase. Clearly, they have a life, and they chose to do that with it.
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
@Teh: It's a common fact, I once went to the library, there was a site left there by the guy before me[gross]. I guess the damn cache didn't clear during his session, though. Point is, it's not uncommon.
Whoa bro, better slow down bro, don't wanna be a bro, bro.
I meant the people that didn't know people watched porn haha, anyway,
why are there so many, uh.. which word to use.. "high up", "people who especially shouldn't be doing these things" kind of people who get caught for things like this..?
geez I need to work on wording things better but you probably get the point..
Now that I think about it though, there are probably a lot of cases of this, but only the ones like this, with "important people" get on the news.. Still, if you're supposed to be a figure of some sort you especially don't do stuff like this..
Invincibility can never be attained, it can only be witnessed, as an illusion... I'm questioning if that is a relevant quote or not, but, wth. Point is, they get complacent, thinking they won't be caught...
