Mine was in KH2 in Beasts Castle when you go to the ball room its called Shadow Stalker

I've always enjoyed the fight with the Trickmaster mainly for the boss soundtrack. But the Ruler of the Sky from 358/2 is also a favorite; annoying to battle, but its attacks were awesome.

I love all the freaking boss/master battles!!! Mainly because it was the freaking epic background boss/master music.
