all my pkn are lvl 60, when should i face Red?

Play Monster Hunter.

Red has Pikachu, Venusaur, Charizard, Blastoise, Lapras, and Snorlax: so first of all, make sure you have the right types. His Pokemon are all Lv.80s, so yours should be at least Lv.90. But yeah, if you do it right, a safe Lv.100 team pretty much hands you the win.

I beat Red with level fifties, no hacks. I used a Steelix, Gyaryados and a Gengar with Destiny Bond, a Choice Scarf and a few revives.

I beat him with low levels, but I used the right types against him. If you don't have the right types, he's pretty hard.
