...that there should be language bots? There is at times people that say English in language rooms(I know that there's chatmins) and some times the mods aren't on to govern language chatrooms. Should there be a bot for each language room?

Anything can be done. But once you put a limit on something, the chances are lowered.

A few things:
1. Making a bot that can understand language is difficult.

2. Speaking English in a language room is a minor offense when compared to, say, cursing. So chat mod presence isn't as important.

3. So for normal users too, it's more annoying than inappropriate.
