Post Shortcuts and/or tips to be good at Mario Karts Ds.

1. To block a red shell you can throw back a banana peel or any other object that can hit(or get hit by) other karts.
2. The is a short cut on Delfino(I know thats spelled wrong) Square...its after you come from the stairs that go into a bride and once you turn you shod see a few boxes by a wall and if you turn there is an off-road shortcut with dirt and mud.You can drive over it faster with Dry Bone's Kart or Yoshi's Kart or with a mushroom boost.
3. When you are starting a race at the countdown when it hits the number two when its about to go to number one press the A button to get a boost when you rake off.

To block a red shell, you must shoot out a banana the second the shell hits you.

Takis- Same I also use drifting.

And I can just hold out a banana peel or some kind of shell and it'll block a red shell.

Don't argue with idiots because they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

I can dodge a blue shell. It is actually not that diffucult. Just drift and get mini-turbo and then release it just right when the blue shell comes at you, then jump, and BOOM!
