As a pitiful DSi user, I often run out of memory loading even low resolution images. This includes profile pictures of people who think that they need all the pixels of their 4K image for the pfp.

If we can retroactively and proactively introduce an image size limit (say 1GB or 900px by 900px), that would greatly improve the site's experience.

I've purged images uploaded using the exploit. An image uploader will come as part of the new website with fallback to lower resolutions on the existing websites.

Images are currently limited to 640x640 and are converted to JPEGs. Can you share an example of a profile that doesn't work on the Nintendo DSi? I may swap out the full-size images for the 25% thumbnails for the Nintendo DSi and even the Nintendo 3DS.
