I tried to change my username, but it said that there was an error sending the email. I did not get a verification code email, and i cannot try again because it still wants a verification code.

Verified that there is an issue on 3DS Paint as well

This is where you start guessing the code.

But the email system is nonfunctioning, and this has been mentioned elsewhere, so I'm not sure if thi issue would just suffice as a footnote on that one.
