I think we should have an option in the blog composer to dedicate the blog to a member. A text box where we can type in the member's username, and it'll show up at the top of the blog, maybe below the title. Then whoever it's dedicated to will get a notification.
Could you explain to me why there should be a special box for this? I already do that manually when needed, and I feel like that's unncecessary data to store.
