Can we have something where we can make groups together? Maybe have max of three of four people working on a group of we wanted.

Then those people would all have administration over that group.

So, to recap: in groups, we should have the ability to create groups with multiple owners (?) as well as assign powers to them after group creation.

If that's the case, they're separate things, so I'll keep them separate.
