Group owners, group admins, and individual page owners automatically see (their) group pages, drafted or undrafted. The only way to find out if it's drafted is to view the individual page.
I think it would be nice if there was some kind of automatic indication of a drafted page, such as an asterisk on both sides of the link, similar to how the main page/shoutbox/etc have a - on both sides.
