Help Desk Request - Three character minimum

Pretty much everywhere in the site besides chatrooms, shoutboxes, and bios require at least 3 characters in order to send. Otherwise, the page reloads and nothing sends at all.

Which I think is silly and unnecessary.

This is an issue with the database schema. I think this would require Hull to change some things that are supporting the site, so I'll sidestep and let him do the heavy lifting.
