Help Desk Request - Broken bios on certain profiles

So, i have no clue when, but randomly today, some peoples bios dont show, despite the settings saying there is
i have so far seen @Draconid_Jo 's profile no longer show it, mines doesnt and another user i have forgotten. i checked the inspect tool as well, but theres no bio in there either, so my assumption is that some data refuses to be sent
This issue seems to affect both DSiPaint and 3DSPaint
The query string section. Both before the equal sign and after the equals should simply make a short list [^"'`] to disallow those three but allow the rest for the query string, since it would be way to much to allow each character in all of unicode for the ending.
@Draconid_Jo profile bio still not showing. I have a copy of the bbcodes and text used in it, so i'll see what i can find that's still causing the breakage
I just skimmed it and saw some issues with the BBCode formatting near the beginning. I don't think that should cause problems with the rest, so I'll have to look into it this week. I have to call it a night for now, though.
