Help Desk Request - Unable to unfollow Bulletin Boards

Whenever I click "unwatch thread" it switches to "watch thread" like its supposed to, until I refresh the page, or someone posts a response to it, in which I get the notification.
Not too urgent since they aren't very active anyway, and when I do get a notification I can just click it away, but still strange
