Help Desk Request - Bugs upon bugs (profiles and groups)

Groups
-Unable to send most unicode symbols (likely for security)
-Add Page appears if page is editable, which causes weird scenarios (mostly visual)
-Kicking members won't let you reinvite them
-Groupmins can "add pages" but fail to do so
-Most unicode symbols in the group name stop notifications from working
Profiles
-When Privacy is disabled, the "Doing Now" in your profile just breaks (likely just visual)
-Force CSS to keep the block, unblock and friend requests visible and the normal size (allow certain changes through however)
-Force admin menus to be nearly unaffected in profiles
^ i will try to fix a majority of these, any other helpmins with access to source code may help as well
i am mainly making this as a "list" and i feel as if these should be fixed since they are currently the bigger sections of paint that is often used
