It will not stay that way, you can only gain the EP after beating the foe that helps you earn them. It only last for one battle at a time.

Let's say you beat a Graveler.

That's 2 EVs times the pkrs which equals 4. Times 2 again due to the macho brace. Now you get 8. This only lasts for this one battle. You don't earn more or less.

Keep the PKRS and Macho brace after consuming 10 vitamens that boost the stat you want then battle 19 pokemon that give 2 EVs for the stat you want to raise.

question: when i max out my EV's, do i continuosly gain wat i was gaining while i was getting the EV's?

Like right now, my deoxys is getting 8 sp. atk per level, will it stay that way?
