It's an interesting idea, but I don't think you can include external stylesheets in inline CSS using @include or something of the like. Also, new HTML5 standards disallows stuff like that lmoa. A good idea, but unfortunately shot down ;-;

@GuiedGui The idea was that the blog would be used as a CSS sheet, so you could use preset CSS using only a URL. Unfortunately, it didn't work out, it was a shot in the dark anyways.
