Most of the Savii features, have cartoon styled details so those shoulders are most likely an over exaggeration for it to fit with the theme. Those shoulders are an exact representation of guys broad ass shoulders. It’s not proportionally correct but neither is the entire savii system. It isn’t even that popped up to stand out as unproportianate. if you looked at a male model you can kind of see it. Another thing is the shoulders are impacted by the lower body movement as well which you can’t see in the savii’s. But I mean it would be really ironic if it was hulls lack of anatomical knowledge lmao.
