Look up 3dspaint, then log in, go into my zone, on the lower part, there's a camera picture labelled image management (or something similar) select tyat, put in an image file and let it get the image. Then it will give you a code [FIGURE -----] (- in place of the numbers that would be there) use that code to put the image in. (I use it for everything, my art dump uses that format)

It didn't work, the link isn't there (use 3ds paint, go to image management or something, put in an image and use the format it gives you [FIGURE -----] (- in place of the numbers it gives you)
