Based on what @UwUQueen told me it sounds like they do, and I've never heard an Overlord complaining about needing another admin power in order to do something before, so I assume that's the case.

hey amjam question about your blog that is if the world ends when your phone dies.

one of the answers is if you never use your phone again wouldn't that just drain your battery.

since it drains anyway you use it.
