Eh, you should never get the crashes again, or any future crashes related to your computer physically after you do that

also word of note, if you get stuck on something, youtube is your best friend as it has tons of tutorials on how to replace parts or build a computer

it will sadly be expensive i think like $500 USD or less, but you should never worry about your computer dying over time and it will be supported and will last you plenty of years

if you have a Intel CPU, you need to change the motherboard and CPU

intel CPU's crash a ton recently - especially the 13th and 14th gen
Change to a (AMD) Ryzen CPU and you shouldnt have issues anymore

I feel bad since your CPU has already cooked itself alive and now is going to crash a lot
