Change the background color of comments (on a profile) or Shouts (in a Group):

div.zebra {background-color:#ff0000 }

And to change the color/thickness/radius of their borders, use the same code that I gave you, but replace div.menu_section with div.zebra! It should look like this:

div.zebra {border:2px #ff0000  solid!important;border-radius:10px!important;}

Change "2px" to how thick you'd like the border to be, #ff0000  to the color you'd like and "8px" to how rounded you'd like the corners (0px is like a square, but 10px looks the best IMO)
