Nah, Dragoon from a game in RPG Maker Fes (don't know what game it is? Google will be your friend-) called Osharo's Journey- and in this game, its in fact people who looks like "humans" who can transform into Dragons- (and yeah there's also the FF reference-) @Lumiknoll
