Easy to answer.

DS games can be played but they can -Just- be played, features of the 3DS can't be profited by DS games (taking out the fact they'll run in a enhanced mode)

You can't multi-task, it'll ask u if u want to close the game instead.

Before i tough Circle pad wouldn't be compatible, but it seems nintendo has some sort of retro-compatibility with all its games (circle pad works even in GameBoy and GameBoy Color games!) so it works with DS.


And...finally...No, the single friend code system probably can't be used, not even the international WiFi system can, because it will run as a DS game.
