Well, also remembering the fact that I can take over or inhabit a mind for a period of time helps. I can fool the child into thinking I'm a friend. Or that I can be their friend. Of course, sometimes I just do want a friend... but the humans are so foolish!
The pages, you ask? Hm... a child that I was after was extremely frightened. She drew these pictures on pages to tell the next person about myself. Of course, I usually catch the child before they collect them all. It's not only a way for them to have 'fun', it's a way for me to have fun too. It's easier to play with them and then kill them. Though sometimes I merely knock them out, erase the videos, and put the pages back.
