Rollback is the total deletion of a post or series of posts. In this case, it would be done in order to preserve the original forum format and maintain ease of use for all members.

Hello. Yes, it was mentioned, but your image signature is very disorienting on the bulletin boards. It is highly recommended that you either resize it or change it completely. If you fail to comply, rollback will have to be administered. Thanks!

The image your useing for your signature is strecthing out the dimentions of the page on threads of which when you post on them. You can however re-size the image useing sites like tinypic.
