I figured as much. One thing I think you should consider is another side if what you stated. Racism still exists. That means minorities are still discriminated against, which means that in many cases they're at a disadvantage. It's because of that that special grants and scholarships exist. They aren't meant to give someone an advantage over another race. They're meant to help those who are already at a disadvantage.
That's not to say that it's okay to make decisions based on race alone. It just means that those grants and scholarships are sometimes necessary.
