Because number one Transexuals are mentally unstable, whether it's from idiots bullying them or they're still trying to figure out who they are exactly. And with all the shit that goes on in the military, being mentally stable is pretty much key. Number two a good chunk of Transexuals have had major surgery on their bodies which will cause health issues when in their service, making them less efficient and endangering the lives of the soldiers around them. Number three, they are taking many different kinds of medicines, hormones, all that kind of crap to keep them their desired gender. Which, the Military can't supply them with.

Let me give you an example that's not as complicated. Lets say someone with Asthma gets let into the military, and they need medicine to treat it. The military won't be able to constantly supply that soldier with the medicine they need, and if said soldier goes out into battle and has an asthma attack, they won't be able to perform their duty. Which pretty much all the time ends up with them getting themselves and/or the soldiers around them killed.
