His body is fully black, with a more smoothed physique than other Etri. Seems more muscular due to this. Several jagged circuitry-like markings form patterns on legs, arms, back, and nose. These stay a solid gold coloring. Wears no clothing, but can create cartoon-like imagery of clothing to apply to himself.
Cosmo appears to be calm, confident, collected, and very flamboyant. He acts gentlemanly, speaking eloquently and formally. He even acts sporty with his talents, sometimes promising not to ultimately kill his victims. He has little concept of personal space for the sake of intimidation. He also has a flair for the dramatic, and enjoys using broad gestures. When enraged, his personality becomes narcissistic. He becomes violent and sadistic. His composure shatters, evident in his mannerisms and speech which become more melodramatic, colorful, and violent.
