This is my homemade scrapple. Made it myself. It is even better homemade (you can't get scrapple where I come from).
<br />Ingredients include:
<br />Pork brains,
<br />Leftover pork shoulders,
<br />Cornmeal,
<br />A little venison,
<br />and Some spices
<br />
<br />I like to cook it fast, so that it is crunchy on the outside and mushy on the inside.
<br />This scrapple take a steady hand (and patience) to cook.
