My closest representation of Maya Fey from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I know it's not exactly a prefection, but there were some details that were not possible to put in. Terribly sorry.
Jorge is a SPARTAN-II from Spartan Noble Team. Under the callsign Noble 5, he served in the Fall of Reach. He died detonating a bomb inside a Covenant ship, in a similar fashion to how the old Noble 6, Thom, was killed.
I did what I could, but I didn't have access to the right facial hair. I guess you could call this one "Young Jorge".
Captain of the Pillar of Autumn, Keyes served with John-117. He was infected by the Flood, and became a Proto-Gravemind form. Was killed by the Chief (John-117) to keep the Flood from gaining knowlege of Earth.
