C3DS being sued for copyright infringement

Well, today I had to call my lawyer. C3DS is being sued by commander.dspaint.com for copyright infringement.
The owner of commander.dsipaint.com, Charles K. Wilson III, has pressed charges against me, the owner of C3DS.
Apparently I have written a blog that Mr. Wilson has originally written. Here are the two articles:

There was also a third article that the authorities found:

So yup... I'm in deep trouble. I can't believe I plagiarized my own content three times, copy/paste, word for word

I will be making an appearance to court, along with two lawyers, one to defend myself, and the other to convict myself. And the rights of C3DS will be given to the winner of the room.

MEANING for you idiots who don't get it, he owns both websites, he plagerised his own content from one to the other, and he (the plagerist) must go to court and defend himself against the one who was plagerised (him). It's a win-win situation, but c'mon guys, imagine how annoying this will be be and the time wasted on it!
