Everyone, I'm going to have to encourage you to make more balanced and practical weapon ideas. Currently, special weapon attacks and such are not showing any sign of being implemented. Think more basic, like appearance, history, and how powerful(not numerically) it is. Example:
Name: Titanic Claymore
Appearance: A large slender sword with a blue hilt and shiny blade.
History: This weapon was created in large numbers for Air Elementals at war and has found itself among us over time.
Power: Mid-Upper level, dealing high damage but attacking slow.
See? This is what the ideas should be formatted like!!!
i dont know if these ideas are going to get through anytime soon. hb hasn't had any sign of being updated for a year now, so don't get your hopes too high...
Cool ideas, but am unsure what you mean by "movement in orbit". Do you mean actually being able to explore planets' surfaces freely on foot, as in mini-maps to roam about in?
I mean while in orbit/above a planet there is a system in which you can pilot your ship in the general area, so pretty much its like the Mt. Hildar demo for TMJ retextured and refitted :P
Ok people, I got a list of ideas. *cracks knuckles* Let's do this.
1. Balanced Spaceships - Ships that may have roles leaning towards mining, fighting, protecting, buying and selling, and things in between.
2. Large tool/weapon selection - The game should include many different weapons and tools. For example, weapon classes. Special Weapon, Primary Weapon, Secondary Weapon.
3. Many menus - The game should include a main menu with selectable sub-catagories such as movement (Around the orbit of your current planet, this could possibly be accomplished with an invisible tile frame), navigation computer (Planetary Navigation), chatroom, equipment, mission menu, PvP, and mining.
4. Movement in orbit - What the name says. Being able to move around the planets orbit to where other players have moved.
5. More capabilities in terms of available missions and mining - Nothing more to say about that.
These are my ideas. If they will work, and I am quite sure they will, then Hullbreach, show the programming language who is boss!
Name- Magical Focuser Blade
History- Once, a man named Krudger decided that he should wield two weapons instead of one. So, he created the Magical Focuser Blade. It had the power to focus magic into a very destructive projectile.
Effects- Magic Attack +100%

The three adamantite spikes on the sword represent time, space, and dimensional travel. The rest of the blade is forged from Star Crystal, a fabled material that is harder than diamond. It comes from meteorites.

Name- Dimensional Greatsword
History- I blade crafted by Krudger (a.k.a. Steel Manta) for he needed a weapon but also means of transportation. He created this, the Dimensional Greatsword.
Effects- Has 4 special attacks obtained by 5-level intervals, one special attack unlocked per every 5 levels using this weapon. Special attacks are-
1.Crystal Shot
2.Crystal Twist
3.Crystal Stab4.Crystal Crush
5.(this one only I can use) Crystal Render

The Spikes (|/) are part of the blade, just in case you guys get creative and think it's the blade giving of a glow (it actually does, but it still has those spikes)so yeah. Hope it's part of final game. Maybe it can be obtainable by a quest or some sort of shop at Mt. Hildar.
