I log on about every three months for a couple minutes. Usually when I get on the chatrooms are either dead or full of RPing which I don't really do. That's all I really have done ever since I joined over six years ago as LoH so the luster of *SDK has faded for me. Frankly, I don't really have a reason to come back. I do a lot of my chatting on IRC, older members have either left or avoid contact (I don't blame them), and I'm finishing up my last year of college so I don't really have the energy to commit or make this site great again, either. I never really thought I'd say it but logging into Danny's sites is just nostalgia to me at this point.
In the 1990s the IRC was used by programmers and coders to communicate with each other. This was the revolutionary instant messaging the world needed. Today, the world has text messaging, so this system is becoming outdated. However, the freenode server is primarily used for hosting open-source projects or other similar coding projects (I don't think this SDK is open-source).
I suggest that if you want to check out the channel, please register and follow the instructions to do so by typing "/msg nickserv help register" for more info.
I made a chat group on IRC for SDK, so programmers and the like can chat easily and freely over this system! Like I said, it's unofficial. Glass_Arm is me, just so you know.
I would really like an official one to be made though...
