How many people still log into DSiPaint?

I obviously don't frequent SDK anymore, but I'd be curious to see how many people do. If I had to guess I'd say a couple dozen, but I haven't been around much so I don't have a good guess myself.

I really hate to see this site inactive, considering it was one of the first I ever registered for. I had a lot of fun times here and would love to see it revived.

You'd get a lot of one-use signups, ie. users signing up to look at the site once.

Also, on the affiliate links page, one of the terms for submitting a site is that content must be visible without logging in. It would be quite hypocritical to go against that ourselves.

I try to go on at least once a month but it just doesn't happen

I go on every couple weeks because I feel nostalgic and hoping to see one of my old friends online :(

I agree that this small scale social website is best left an open book. Super sites like Facebook can afford to offer privacy options because the user-base and brand are so massive. Transparency helps to make this site attractive.

Transparency helps to make this site attractive.[/quote]How about (once Hull fixes the emailer code, HINT HINT) we do something similar to Facebook by sending them their alerts if they haven't logged on for a while, or if they don't really have any then send them a selection of content (eg. a featured blog)
