IVs are important, too.

I'm training a single battle 3-team, and I think I need some help.
My first pokemon is a Quirky Wailord, whom I intended to be a tank, giving him 252 EVs in HP, 100 EVs in both Defense and Sp. Defense, and the remaining 52 into Sp. Attack, figuring he would use water moves, which are mostly ranged. Now, at Lv. 52, his stats are 278 HP, 101 Attack, 79 Defense, 108 Sp. Attack, 70 Sp. Defense, and 80 Speed. His moveset is Rest, Ice Beam, Water Spout, and Surf, his ability is Water Veil, and he holds a Mystic Water.
I was also thinking of making my Lonely Mankey into a sweeper, he's untouched at Lv. 33 and has 74 HP, 64 Attack, 30 Defense, 37 Special Attack, 38 Special Defense, and 52 Speed. He has Anger Point as his ability, and I'm wondering what his moveset should be. I also have a DW UT Lax Bannette, with Cursed Body as its ability. I was thinking I could use it as an annoyer, it has 105 HP, 100 Attack, 60 Defense, 76 Special Attack, 49 Special Defense, and 53 Speed. Its moveset is Faint Attack, Hex, Shadow Ball, and Cotton Guard.
Should I swap any pokemon? I'm pretty sure I should change the movesets...

I am currently training an Electrike, I have just finished its Speed EVs [252, thanks Basculine] and am now working on Sp. Atk. I just wanted to know a decent move set for when it turns into Manectric? I am running Docile Nature, Lightningrod Ability, and "Fairly Good" Sp. Atk/Speed Evs. Any other tips?

If you've got him with Lightningrod he's probably defending Water/Flying pokemon in a double/triple battle, right? Or does he just have that ability? o.o

I only do Rotation, he's mainly there to protect Staraptor a bit. Plus, Lightningrod now boosts Sp. Atk, in addition to being unharmed by any Electric move. So Thundr Waves are negated. ;p
