Does it completely negate the burn's secondary effect(half attack) or does it cut the attack, then it's increased by the guts ability to where it would make you just do normal damage. (if that makes sense)

Tyranitar-lv.100 moves: Stone edge,dark pulse,and earth quake I believe,
Salamence lv.100-flame thrower,dragon claw,fly,and draco meteor
volcarona lv.100-bug buzz, flamethower,fiery dance, and hurricane
raichu lv100- iron tail,volt tackle,thunderwave and thunder
gardevoir lv100-hypnosis,dream eater,magical leaf, and psychic
and the last one usually varies, but I like to use arcanine lv.75-flamethrower,extremespeed,return, and fire blast

Colmanic14, Your team has some problems. First off, most of your pokemon have a weakness to ground type attacks. Second, your pokemon's attacks have almost no variety in type. My advice is get one or two pokemon that can counter Ground types, something with ICE attacks will do nicely. You also don't need Flamethrower and FireBlast on the same pokemon, it is a complete waste of a Move slot.

Suicune is not offensive but more of a staller, if you want something fast and deadly, try Weavile.

Milotic isn't the best sweeper, it's more of a Wall/Staller. Milotic wreaks with Toxic and Recover.
