It didn't occur to me until recently, but I wonder if this shop demo affirms that Savii points are (or will be) the currency of TMJ. Because that would bring about pretty heavy implications.
um.....u should like...well...create ur own shop,u buy stuff, with easy to get points, and tthen u sell them!we should also hav a contest of who sells tthe most every week/month!!!
Pffft, I got copper ore. Liek a baws.
I've happened to come across use of the JS portion of the Skunk shop script on another website. If I'm not mistaken, the SDK websites maintain "all rights reserved" sync permission as a general form of copyright. Obviously the content is public, but still should require (if not done so already) approval from the creator in order to reproduce it; most likely in addition to a notice and credit given. e.g. the games (and the paint demo) on DSiCade.

I say we should be able to also have our own shops so we can sell stuff at our own price too!!!
We should get our own TMJ shopSome semblance of a game economy would need to be in place before there's any "free market" activity. There could be a marketplace or town square set up for bartering items, while shops offer prices which fluctuate on a day-to-day basis.
