Ohhh...its a close one...I'd say Mario Kart: Wii, but Super Smash Bros: Brawl and Super Mario: Galaxy would be a near joint 2nd.

super mario go to rehab
it has good multiplayer action when you have to hold down mario so you can give him his medication, but he always ends up shanking me with his tootbrush
my favourite level is were you have to talk mario out of commiting suicide, you basicly scream ~dont jump!~ into the wii speak
