McPixel. It's a fun little parody of Point n' Clicks and it's on Steam
Seriously? Key word: little-known. Just because you saw PewDiePie play it doesn't mean it's little known, in fact it becomes quite the opposite once he plays it.

Drawn to Life, And Drawn to life: the next chapter. WHATEVER you do, buy them separate for the full experience! They are awesome games, you make your own character, things, and if your lazy, just use a guide thing! The storyline is sad, the endings will make you cry, the music complements the levels, and the final boss theme is killer! And yet very few people know about it.
project zomboid and sky nations,
they are both desura games, project z is a 2d realistic zombie survival game and sky nations is a mix between mc and guns of icarus.
I sort of like Feel The Magic XX/XY, it was this weird Japanese action love story between a goldfish-loving helmet-wearing guy and this pretty blue-dress wearing grey haired girl, ruined by a fat purple spiky mohawk thug, all of which are silhouettes. It's got a bunch of really weird minigames, and there's this strange thing where you can dress the girl up, but the minigames are fun, and really challenging around level 10. You have to push giant spike-balls out of the way of shopping carts falling down hills, for example.
Plus, there's a "Kids, don't try this at home" warning as soon as you open the game.

Ow! Ow! Ow!!! Watch where you're goin'! You just hit Maple, the Great Witch Syrup's apprentice!
Space sand-box game, I'm probably the first person to ever mention this game on SDK. It cost $25, and has a ton of possiblities. And best of all, the ENTIRE GAME and made by ONE SINGLE PERSON.
I'm thinking, 4x4 Evolution 2. It's a great racing game that uses real cars with real stats, on PC, GC, and a couple of other systems too. It's also free now at http://vales.com/evo2.
