Well, earlier you were discussing how sports hurt the economy. And it's not that simple. The upper class provides the majority of campaign contributions and therefore they have a lot of influence in Congress.

Why tax the rich? Because they worked hard and build up a company? I say a flat tax would be the way to go.

well, by tax the rich, I don't mean tax them extra, I here that a lot of upperclassmen get away with tax evasion easily, which..not cool guys.

They don't get away with tax evasion. They get tax refunds for certain actions such as charitable giving.

Rich people should get taxed more, even Bill Gates agrees. They have way more money than anybody needs so it's fair to want to shsre it. And most rich people didn't/don't work hard for their money, in fact poorer people work the hardest.

Hypothetically, let's say the U.S. wants to manufacture microchips. The U.S. needs rare-earth metals in order to make these microchips, but has none. Therefore it buys some from another nation, then uses it to make the microchips and then sells them for a profit.

Stop with all the military spending towards more wars. We have oil in the U.S. we don't need to spend trillions of dollars and thousands of soldiers fighting overseas. Also, we need to stop helping third world countries with disasters when we can't even help ourselves. America needs to fend for itself and no one else.
