Im going to be starting a website from scratch soon, after i get my new laptop. I would like some advice, especially from DC and HullBreach, but anyone who knows the whole prossess can help.

Start off by creating templates for the pages. Don't be tempted to add content until it looks good. If you havn't learnt CSS, it's a good idea to do so if you want it to look better.

WHOOSH is right. Unless you can find a Mobile Site maker that lets u start from scratch, and lets u use HTML, DHTML, JScript,PhP, ASP(Active server pages), etc.
