Though I never played it, and it's not a Nintendo game, I think a reboot of Power Stone would be good. Sega is out of making consoles, so I would like to see a Power Stone 2 on a Nintendo console. Think a 3d style Super Smash Bros, but without Nintendo Characters.

In the case of completely retooling things, the gimmick behind Devil World would make for a completely awesome game, and I'd like to see how Clu-Clu Land or Ice Climbers reboots would work (probably completely different like Kid Icarus: Uprising)
A new Duck Hunt game could be interesting, and could potentially sell well considering it was pretty popular on the NES. Some people who played NES years ago might be interested.
The shooting game in Wii Play similar to Duck Hunt was like a mini game though, so it would probably have to be redesigned unless it would be a cheaper download or something.
