Legend Of Zelda for Wii U?

They have already announced the remake of 'A Link to the Past' for the 3ds. But what about the next Zelda game for the Wii U?

I'm guessing they're gonna play it out like Star Trek and make a prequel sequel. Everyone all settled in Hyrule once the barrier between Skyloft opened up... but how did the world become so dangerous? Where did the cities go, and why are the only people on the map old men in caves?

What I meant to say was something more along the lines of...

They all settled down and prospered, but where are the towns in relation to the new Hyrule? Where did the Picori come from? How did they make the Four Sword? Where exactly are Vaati's origins, and why does he become a giant spider... thing?

Actually, quite a few 2D yet 4-direction overworld Zelda games would be great in 3D.
