The DSi is very sensitive. I suggest sending it to Nintendo.

I don't think it's sensitive. Nintendo products are always strong and can survive stuff like dropping it several times.

Keep in mind, that will void your warranty. It's worth waiting a week getting it fixed. And it will be cheaper when something serious happens. You are better off sending it to nintendo.
