Just look at lots of different pictures and try to develop your own style from them. Pick out what you like and then practice putting them together. After plenty of practice, it will become natural. It is difficult, but it's well worth the effort.

Here is a great tutorial on manga, these guys actually have about 16 or so different books on drawing manga, and are a great start to honing your skills.

its easy to do eyes well how i do them is simple and i think they turn out well if you can get easy acess to youtube type in how to draw anime/manga there are loads of results

to draw boy eye just draw girl eyes without the eyelashes. You can also make them smaller :p

I would enjoy the day better if it started later.
