For me, it's a VERY close answer. But, I believe the Twilight Saga is slightly better. Now, I'm not hating on Harry Potter. I very mich like the movies! But, Twilight is pretty cool!

Harry Potter of course, original, brilliant and a perfect in everyway series, the "Twlight" series are for lonely noobs. Also this should be locked.
