An additional feature for users.

I'n the past few weeks i've seen a few users telling everyone that they are leaving for good. I was thinking maybe there could be an option to delete your account like Myspace and Youtube. This is just an idea. But it could be like a perma-ban except without the trouble of users asking to be perma'd.

I just added the cancellation option under My Settings. If someone uses this to cancel an account, that person will have to create a new one. I won't re-activate the account.
